Baby World is committed to respecting the privacy of our customers. We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

Return Policy:

Regular and Sale priced (promotionally priced) online purchases may be returned instore only for a full refund within 14 days from the date of pick up/delivery. After 14 days, a store credit will be issued within 30 days of date of purchase/pickup/delivery. The items must be unused and in their original packaging. (Some Exceptions apply – See EXCEPTIONS list). Baby World does not issue free returns. All returns must be done instore.
On the rare occasion that you receive the wrong item or a damaged item please email: 
Within 48 hours of delivery or pickup to report the issue. A Baby World Associate will email you instructions for the next steps to have the issue corrected. Baby World is not responsible for guaranteeing manufacturing dates.

Exceptions:

All Car Seats are Final Sale due to safety reasons. 
Strollers can only be returned if in the original factory sealed box unused and unassembled.

Order Turn Around Time:

It is important to us that we process your order as quickly as possible. We typically process in-stock orders within 1-3 business days. In some instances when items are thought to be in stock but are not available you will be notified via email of the options available to you prior to your order being processed. Please note we reserve the right not to process any orders for any reason. We process orders Tuesday through Saturday, excluding holidays.
At this time we currently only offer local pick up.
